Ce studio est g\u00e9r\u00e9 par deux grands graphistes, Micha\u00ebl Amzalag et Mathias Augustyniak. Le Beaumarly est un couteau, ultra-design, aux coupes droites qui fait \u00e9cho \u00e0 l&rsquo;ambiance du restaurant de Thierry Costes.<br \/>\nDisponible en manche cr\u00e8me ou noir, le Beaumarly ajoute de l&rsquo;originalit\u00e9 sur vos tables.<br \/>\nLa lame plein manche &#8211; en acier sp\u00e9cial haut de gamme X50CrMoV15 (0,50% de carbone, 15% de chrome, 1% de molybd\u00e8ne et 1% de vanadium) garantit un excellent tranchant, une grande tenue de coupe et est facilement r\u00e9aff\u00fbtable.
