Which payment methods do you accept?
Credit cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay, through secure Stripe payments.

Euros, US dollars, Swiss francs or pounds sterling: choose your currency at the top of the page.
Do I need to be an adult to order?
Yes. Knives are only sold to people aged 18 or over; we ask you to confirm this at checkout.
Shipping
Where do you ship?
France, the European Union, Switzerland and the United States, with DHL Express. More countries will follow.
Will I pay customs duties?
Not within the European Union: there are no customs. Outside the EU (Switzerland, United States…), import duties and taxes may apply depending on the country; they are payable by the recipient to the carrier on delivery.
How long does delivery take?
About 2 working days of preparation, a few more with an engraving, then 1 to 4 days in transit depending on the country. You receive a tracking link by email.

Are the knives really made in France?
Yes. Claude Dozorme and Locau knives are made in their workshops in the Thiers area, in Auvergne.
How do I care for my knife?
Wash by hand, dry immediately and avoid the dishwasher, especially for wood or horn handles. A drop of oil on the pivot now and then keeps a pocket knife smooth.
Returns
Can I return an item?
Yes, within 14 days of delivery if unused. Engraved items cannot be returned or exchanged.
